The customer order right from releasing a quotation to acceptance of order is done online from any computer with access to the Inuit© by authorized user.

Once the order is accepted Inuit© has inbuilt Production Planning Control (PPC) System or Automated inventory system which informs the user which are the items required to be purchased for delivering this accepted order.

The Purchase Order for the supplier is ready with the required items, which can be edited either at the supplier level or item level.

Once the items are received and the customer order is completed with deliveries, the invoice for the customer can be automatically raised by selecting the delivery order number for the customer. On confirmation of invoice the debtors ledger of the customer is automatically updated with the invoice details of the number, date, invoice value.

Supplier bills in foreign currency if required, are updated on-line which updates the creditors ledger, and inventory is updated on receipt of goods through Goods Receipt Notes. Inter branch inventory is also maintained online.

Based on the updated entries in the transactions the daily tasks module gets updated for on screen alerts to users.

The shop floor inventory is linked to the issue slips and the closing stock at the different locations and branches are updated online for a global view of the inventory.

The dashboard gives users an online powerful tool to monitor the business operations on daily basis.
