Inuit Cloud Technologies Pvt. Ltd., is a registered Private Limited company promoted by two friends of over three decades. Mr Narasimhan M H, CEO of Inuit, was CEO of RPG Life Science a corporate pharmaceutical company. Mr Sharath Punthambekar, CTO of Inuit, was Senior Vice President of a software company BBSS, an alliance company of Infosys.

Mr Narasimhan M H

Mr Narasimhan M H, has over three decades of experience in multinational pharmaceutical companies. He was heading many organizations in senior capacity & was instrumental in launching several products in India & abroad. He is fondly known as MHN & has the uncanny habit of mentoring people & thinking out of the box for challenges of corporates.

In addition to driving Inuit, Mr Narasimhan currently coaches CEO & MDs of corporate as executive coach & mentors the leading multinational corporate executives. He travels & reads extensively and is located in Mumbai, with his wife & family.

Mr Sharath Punthambekar

Mr Punthambekar, with his vast experience of implementing systems both in India & abroad, proposed to Mr Narasimhan, that if we can provide a cost effective simple solution on the cloud to SMEs, it will benefit them immensely as very few solutions are available to automate SMEs currently. Mr Narasimhan, accepted the proposal and agreed to angel fund the initiative & Mr Punthambekar agreed to design & develop. That’s how Inuit© was born!

In addition to driving technology of Inuit, Mr Sharath Punthambekar currently teaches MBA students of Hospital Management System. He mentors & advises IT initiatives in Hospitals by auditing the IT infrastructure. He reads extensively and has now published an Info Graphic series “India Before 2000 Years”. As a first in series he has released under creative commons license an info graphic chart of “Vedas: Introduction”. He has traveled widely during his career both in India & abroad. Mr Punthambekar is also one of the trustee and President for his community NGO, Tanjavur Marathi Group. He is located in Bengaluru, with his wife.

Sidu Ponnappa

Sidu Ponnappa joins Inuit as Technical Advisor on November 6, 2013

Sidu is an entrepreneur who is currently involved in building up his third venture, TrustedRishta.com. TrustedRishta allows families to connect with prospective matches ("rishtas") by discovering common relatives and friends and conveniently share biodata and pictures. Sidu's previous endeavour, C42 Engineering, was a boutique software consultancy and self-funded product company. As part of the founding team of C42 Engineering, he has been responsible for building a strong brand backed by a stellar engineering team, growing the consulting practice from nothing to a million dollar runway in 24 months with no external funding. C42's product arm was responsible for building and launching RubyMonk.com and PythonMonk.com, helping over a hundred thousand people worldwide learn these programming languages every year. C42 Engineering's consulting arm was later spun off into Nilenso, a wholly employee owned business. C42 Engineering's product arm was re-branded to become CodeMonk. Sidu started messing around with computers when he was six and has used Ruby as his preferred programming language since 2006. He has also spent nearly five years at ThoughtWorks doing Agile (specifically XP) and delivering projects in a distributed setting for Fortune 1000 clients. Tapan Kumar Das, FCA, IIMA

Tapan, Joined Inuit on April 1, 2020 as a Management & Finance Consultant to the board.

Tapan Kumar Das is a fellow member of ICAI and alumnus of The Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad (IIMA). He is a serial entrepreneur, mentor, Investor and advisor. He founded “itiffin.in”, one of the health and wellness fresh- foods Tech Company. It was one of most trusted fresh food venture in Bangalore in the year 2013, 2014 and 2015. He raised 1 Million USD and managed more than 10000 customers in Bangalore; he also developed Nutrition based snacks to address diabetics and other non-communicable diseases.

He served as Vice-President Finance in Flipkart.com in the year 2010-11, one of the world's’ most respected and widely known E-Commerce company, played strategic role in setting up Process and System. He was part of “YLG” as founding member, managing multiple functions like Sourcing, Logistic and IT management in addition to core function “Finance & Accounts”. YLG is one of the successful Startup Venture in Bangalore.

He managed pre IPO and post IPO processes of “Indian Terrain”, Chennai based apparel Brand and it was one of successful IPO in the year 2006. He was part of “Health and Glow”, managing investor relation and Corporate Finance.

Currently, he works with multiple companies as a management consultant, Virtual CFO, SME IPO process, fund raising activities, designing Business plan, compliance management for growth companies and mentoring. Advisor to one of the Family run business and part of growth strategy team to manage M&A in healthcare sector.

He has managed to raise more than USD 25 Million through equity and preferential route during his journey in different startups like Flipkart, YLG, Itiffin and eXabit.in and Timios (invested by MTR). 20 years of experience in corporate finance and family business. Core strengths are in corporate Finance, business operation, management consulting and Compliance management.
