Inuit© does just that! Inuit© user can export based on the grants provided to the user export to either CSV or XLS or PDF format any of the reports or bills or invoices generated by the system.

Inuit© works on Internet & does not require any in-premise servers. It is hosted on cloud currently on Amazon servers, very simple to use and Absolutely Economical! If there are any small customizations it is done without any additional charge like designing of your company’s bill format or quotation format etc. Only major customizations which require more than one day of effort are charged separately that too if required! Inuit© does not require months of training, just one day of training. Users can start with 15-user pack & as the usage goes up, users can opt for 50 or 100 user packs!

Inuit© Costs & Savings

There are three elements of costs for software on cloud when subscribed as Software as a Service (SaaS). Inuit© is following this industry practice.

  1. Software application – which goes to the developer of the application with one time connect charges (For 15 user pack one time connect charges is Rs 20,000)
  2. Software Platform providers – which goes to service providers
  3. Hardware/Network/Space of hard disk on server – which goes to service provider like amazon etc.

For Inuit© users, all these are handled by us as one point payment system. Inuit© collects annual subscription on yearly advance basis & takes the responsibility of providing all the three services on one platform Inuit©.

Inuit© is highly cost effective. We had done a competitive cost evaluation sometime back and found for the start up version of 15 user pack a MSMS or SME owner can save up to 16 Lakhs per annum. But of course we had taken at the price points of the then prevailing price and we encourage the users to make their own cost comparison chart.

MSME/SME Owners Level:

Users can know by the click of the button through their configured dashboard how much is the outstanding from which customer. Through a bubble chart on red, orange & green Inuit© users can click on different size & color balloon to know what is the value of outstanding on a age wise analysis.

Users can know by clicking on the red color bar the items which need to be supplied against a customer order, & on clicking a green bar for the same order, the users can know how many items have already been supplied!

Users can now know how much the suppliers need to be paid and what are the items which are pending to be delivered by the supplier by click of the red bar!

Sales Staff Level:

Inuit© users can know which deliveries need to be billed on daily basis. Which are the customers they need to follow for completing the orders.

Staff can quickly raise the bills for the materials supplied & automatically the customer ledger is posted with the value of the invoice transaction with applicable GSTs.

Back Office Staff Level:

Inuit© users can now know which customer need to be followed up for payments or which supplier need to be followed up for supplies pending etc.,

Accounts department can know which currency has given them what type of profit during their foreign exchange currency purchases and bookings.
